In that case, I delcare myself the one true Dalai Lama of the list.  Now
officially out of exhile, I second the declaration.

On a more serious note, the FAQ/Primar can almost be made purely by cutting
and pasting out of the last 100 messages.

Really the main issues are:
1) Location of list archives
2) Locatin of knowlegebase
3) Location of RFC for posting guidelines and/or general posting guidelines.
4) List of real frequently asked questions--and links to their answers
