[cobalt-users] using Raq3 shell tools

I added RaQ3-shell-tools-1.0-5.noarch.rpm to my server and it works
great from telnet to add and delete sites and users. I was wondering
if somebody had any idea how I could use this for setting up automatic
subscriptions on my web site using the browser. I know that I can not
run this script from the browser. Is there a way to run another
script to store the data and then use cron to run a program to see if
there are any sites to add and if there are pass the information to the
addvsite program. Has any body done this? Maybe a little code to get me
started in the wright direction
