You are setting it up wrong. its @host.domain.com not @domain.com. If you
have the current OS release (3) then this works perfectly.

Subject: [cobalt-users] RaQ3 Email, Users and Aliasing
Hello, I have just replaced my server with a raq3,
after I thought I had convinced myself (via the digest and knowledge
base) it could do what I need to do email wise.
I have just put a couple of test sites live on it, and it doesn't. Not
happy.
Can anyone tell me how I....
on a single virtual site...
forward all email that arrives at that domain to a user
EXCEPT for...
1. any email at a different set up user (and its aliases) at the same
domain
2. any email at a specified username within another virtual site.
ie. email to webmaster at all my site comes to me in one easy move.
What is currently happening, is as soom as I set up the all-forward, by
putting the email alias as '@mydomain.com' then absolutely all email
falls into that, and goes where it points it.
I really need help on this fast, much appreciated in advance.
