Can't help you much, but in the interest of giving you a quick
answer:
Majordomo (your mailinglist program) is preconfigured with a
default maximum message size of 40KB. There is a defaults config
file, which you can change and which will affect all future lists;
and there is a config file with the individual parameters for
each list. I mean, there is one config file for every list plus
the master file.
Read the thread on the Qube2 with a similar problem from May 10th,
and search the archives. Also, small excerpt quoted here from
Kris Dahl's post of the same date:
