[cobalt-users] Qube Dial-up Connection

Hi there..
I have a user who is trying to dial into our Cisco equipment but the IP
address configured in the Qubes NIC is used instead of an address assigned
by our equipment. Because its a private IP, pings dont return to him and
things generally dont work. We dont use DHCP and the Qube has DHCP disabled.
I suspect he also needs to set up his DNS entries because nothing resolves
either.
Ive never even seen a Qube but would appreciate any help or suggestions
anyone can offer. Even resources for learning about the qube or configuring
for a dial up connection. In windows the only adjustment that needs to be
made is 'disable WINS resolution' before a dial up connection works via PAP
or CHAP. In this case, he can log in fine.. its the IP that is the problem.
Cheers,
Dylan O'Donnell
