If the Exchange server does not have a permanent internet address (it
dials-up):
you have to resort to a "mail-pulling" product for Exchange. There is
the freeware pullmail.exe which can be found with searches on
microsoft's site, also, there is the pop3 connector for Small business
server 4.5 (this was done by a third party, and you may find reference
to this on microsoft' site and see if the 3rd party makes a for $
version for regular exchange (not on SBS). These solutions require
setup on the exchange server...so you couldn't work the magic at your
office.
