Thanks Jeff for Pulling for us all !  It's nice to have someone in the
know monitoring this list ! Keep up the good work, I know your just
a link in the chain but I think we all consider you the Only link with
real ears and the ability to turn heads at cobalt..

It seems that it is dislpaying in UTC time, not localtime.
The creation times are localtime, but proftpd is displaying
them as UTC time.

Problem fixed.  As of proftpd-1.2.0pre9 proftpd decided
to make the default to display in GMT versus localtime.
