[cobalt-users] Time Stamp Wrong -> Latest RaQ3 Patch

I was an unlucky one who installed the latest RaQ3 patch.

When I ftp or create files on my server by SSH,  my system time says
7:31am, but my files are time stamped with 14:31. This only happens when I
am looking at the timestamp via WS_FTP. If I SSH in and do a ls -l I get
the right time stamp on the files. Is there a quickfix to it just like the
fix to the CHMOD problem?  Or is this unfixable for now?

Is it Cobalt's policy to releasee the same (but fixed) update a few days
later and then we can re-install it to fix our problems?
