Try: /usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/public
The file in /home/groups/home uses a meta-refresh to point to a file in the
above directory.
The best response I got to a similar question was:

just re-directs to www.mydomain.com/cobalt/
but where is the index page for www.mydomain.com/cobalt/ or is it CGI
generated ?
