[cobalt-users] CGI Problem

i did chmod my cgi-bin and my cgi script to 755 but i get this error:
CGIWrap Error: Execution of this script not permitted
Execution of (httpd) is not permitted for the following reason:

                 User not Privlidged.

what should i do?
