RTFM, You did get a manual with it didn't you? Maybe you didn't or you wouldn't
be asking the question.
Which forces me to ask;
What are you going to do with it, if you can't figure out how to connect to it?
go to http://www.cobalt.com/support/resources/manuals.html Select Cobalt RaQ 2
Manual and print the PDF that comes up!

The manual will tell you how to set it up!
Use a local IP address for the IP 192.168.1.100
Set your PC Ethernet to use 192.168.1.10
Connect your crossover cable to connect them together.
Set your Browser to address http://192.168.1.100

If it already has an IP and a name on the LCD, try setting your PC Ethernet to
some address in the same realm. Just change the last digit ( ip.ad.re.ss change
the ss)
Connect your crossover cable to connect them together.
Set your Browser to address http://192.168.1.100

If all that works you can telnet into it. You have to be a windows freak :-) .
run \windows\telnet.exe
And connect to it.
Use "cd /" to get to the root directory.
use "ls /home/sites" to see if there are any sites on it.
Anyway use "cd" and "ls" to look around.
BTW, I think you should run a restore on it. You did get a restore CD didn't
you?
GOOD-LUCK
