[cobalt-users] SWATCH utility /active monitor ?

does anyone have info about the swatch program used by cobalt as the
active monitor ? posted this some weeks ago in the developers list, with
no effect.

i would be interested in the config file syntax and how to add
additional services.

it seems to have nothing to do with the widely known "Simple Watcher
(swatch)" logfile checker... if it is a proprietary cobalt tool, is it
open source ?
