Jeff's readme file in that directory will tell you everything you need to
know about his package except that you don't have to download it.  You can
just install the rpm directly from our ftp server.

$ rpm -Uvh
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools/[PRODUCT-NAME]-shell-too
ls-1.0-5.noarch.rpm

rpm will fetch & install it for you.  Look at the readme first.
