We use a different extra.conf file for each IP that we use, and we place
the Include command under the Header for each Virtual IP in the httpd.conf
file. 
A heading would be: NameVirtualHost 64.65.0.4 and then there may be up to
three or four <VirtualHost 64.65.0.4> tages under that heading for each
site we have on that one IP address. At the end of that section for
64.65.0.4 we put the Include command, and it has never been overwritten.

The above is very confusing. :^)
