You might want to try FlashFxp, nice FTP software at www.flashfxp.com.
You can choose to "show hidden files", you can also highlight specific
files with a specific color, you can also establish a "skip files
list", very useful when you are uploading/downloading a web site but
you do not want to get some directories or hidden files... I switched
from CuteFtp and am very happy !!
