Thanks for your reply.
My name is Michael and Amanda asked that I have a look at your e-mail.
We are a new company and are looking to move into virtual web hosting.
It has been an experience!
The reason we chose the RaQ3 is that our server company was offering
it at ~$150 per month. This appeared to be the best, cost-effective
solution.
Some of the main features we needed were user-friendly and browser-based
management on our end. None of us are computer gurus by any means and
we were sold on the ability to create and manage accounts with ease.
(Our goal is to also be able to offer lower prices to our consumers...therefore,
we don't want the huge $$ of a paid systems admin. If only I can find
one to consult as needed, at a reasonable fixed price per consult!)
I have noticed some issues with the RaQ3, but I am thinking that the
issues surround the setup, configuration and getitng it off the ground.
It seems that most of this should be taken care of by our hosting company.
But, it has been several days and the server is stills itting there
'up and running' and I can't point any customer domain names to it.
So, in the end, we are dealing with a combination of somewhat questionable
support and a bunch of dumb lunatics (on our end!!)
Again, thanks for the reply. If the problems persist, I will definitely
look into another service. Any recommendations...especailyl user-friendly
and cost-effectie ones?!
Regards,
Michael
