OK so the propaganda on their web site claims it is a good deal, but have
you read the comments on the news groups by (un) satisfied customers.

If you had done a bit of research, you could have had a RaQ from a reputable
company like us :-) You would have had TELEPHONE support numbers instead of
(mostly unanswered) email.

would be grateful if anyone could give a quick response to this question.

I have leased my RAQ3 from Uk2.net in the UK. In order to manage the DNS for
my domains, they seem to be saying I have to purchase advanced DNS
management from them at around £20 per domain per year. This makes their
"cheap" domains extremely expensive.

Do I not have complete control of the domain names myself with the RAQ 3
dns? Do I have to rely on them to change the records for me?
