When using this tool I had some minor problems with the "allow all services 
listed below" check box.  I had set the incoming services individually and 
used the "allow all services listed below" box for outgoing.  The tool 
generated a set of firewall rules that allowed all services listed below 
for both incoming and outgoing.  To set the rules properly, I had to set 
each of the outgoing services and not use the "allow all services listed 
below" option.
