I went to my usual download site :

http://emea.cobalt.com/support/download/raq3.eng.html

and found no such update listed for English Raq3.
Then I saw the subtle difference in your url:

http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq3.eng.html

This is also apparently for the English Raq3. How come these pages are so
different? Just because I'm in the UK, and follow the links from the main
page to the EMEA site, why should we not be notified of these updates?

Cobalt, any reasons for this?
