[cobalt-users] RAQ2- siteadmin and admin

Hi,

We ran into a problem with our RAQ3, after installing our new billing
program (some modules for it) the /admin and /siteadmin stopped working
(getting a Internal Server Error), the makers said the problem lies in the
cgiwrap

Would it be PERL? How do i fix it? just get another RAQ3 perl tree and
overwrite mine?

FROM MAKER

1.  I installed CPAN (from Raq3 - it was already on here, just not
installed! That is why this confuses me -- it CAME from Cobalt, yet does
not install correctly?)

2.  I installed (upgraded) Perl, CGI.pm, LWP, (these were done by CPAN
to upgrade to take care of dependencies), etc...

3.  I installed Business::CreditCard, DateManip.

There was no way of predicting this or somehow NOT have this
problem.  We followed STANDARD installation guidelines -- CPAN is *THE*
difinitive way to work with Perl and 3rd Party Modules, etc.  The fact
that they had it ON the Raq3 indicates that they anticipated people
using it.  So, I don't know what more to say except that this is beyond
our control.

Any ideas before i shed out $200 / hour for Cobalts wonderful support?
