You can set up the same user name as an email alias under a different user
name and have all mail for that user forward to user1@xxxxxxxxxxx
It's not really recommended to use common names for user names. Better to
use nameXX where XX is a number. If you use a common name and someone sends
mail to name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx on your RaQ that email will go to that user if
there is no alias set up for name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
