Made change to syslog script.

Tried to type in SIGHUP from root, but command not found. Finally did a
./syslog stop and ./syslog start.
Appears to be working, thank you very much.
Strange the _MARK- started after making the change suggested by Jeff Lovell. I
had not seen it in the log before.
Really do appreciate the help - I had been looking for a long time for a way
to reduce the noise in the logs so that one could find useful information.
