[cobalt-users] Raq 3i Can't load kernel

My RaQ3i denied me connection to all the ports

http
ftp
telnet

everything so i called up cobalt and they told me boot it down using the s
button
But the buttons do not respond ether so i called them again and they said to
use
the switch on the back and turn it off and back on. i did and the panel just
stalls
at loading kernel ....

Any sugestions or comments thayt may help would be welcome
