Go into the Control Area:
http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users and turn off mail
delivery.  That way you get no messages from the list, but you can send
them to the list.  And when you need help, or want to read the list, just
read the archives at: http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/
