Your DNS records are in terrible shape, how come you have no admin, technical or

We did! They all showed just fine when we last used Sam Spade for a whois, which was within the last week. Our check just now showed the problem to us, and it's the first time that we've seen it. Please refer us to an emergency email address to fix it!

I can go to several different sites around the country and try to do a
traceroute, and many of them can't find you.
You have several different dns servers involved, some of which are in Europe. I
think you better talk to your ISP, I doubt that it is your server.
IMHO your DNS is a mess.

Where do I go to fix it?  My ISP certainly has no earthly idea.
