[cobalt-users] Need help with EMAIL NOT ROUTING and PROCMAIL

We have 2 problems at our new home on a Cobalt server, and we've been 
unsuccessful in correcting them for some 20 days now:

1.  Our email is consistently bouncing some domains, some of which are 
major domains - we NEED all of our email to reach us, and to reach our clients.
2.  Procmail is installed on the system, but every trick that we\\\'ve 
tried (with the help of its author) has failed to cause it to work.  The 
author has said that your version (3.10) is the buggiest, and recommended 
that it be upgraded.  Can someone there assist us with upgrading and 
accessing procmail, to activate our own spamfiltering setup (used on 
previous server)?

Any assistance that you can provide w/these 2 matters will be most 
sincerely appreciated.  Our business has been suffering considerably with 
these problems - all volunteers here, and we rely upon the missing 
automation, too.
