RE: [cobalt-users] Problem with PHP4 mysql support

Hi there,

I think I'll need a psychiatrist any time soon (-; I am really
out of my wits...

I reinstalled mySQL from the sources, hoping that'd solve my
problem. I then recompiled PHP4 and it actually worked. The
only problem was that it didn't have IMAP support... Well, I
searched the archives and found what I was looking for.
Recompiled PHP4 with IMAP support- looked like I was doing
alright, so I installed it. And well, from that point on nothing
worked anymore. The httpd immediately crashes and refuses any
connection on port 80 )-: So then I tried to recompile PHP4
again without IMAP support, thinking that would still be better
than no PHP4 at all. Well, now even that's not working any
more... looks like I'll have to return to PHP3.

Well, it's like 3:00 in the morning and I have the first customer
showing up at 7:00. I guess I'd better get home (-; If anyone
has any idea in the mean time (like where I can find a working
PHP4 rpm with IMAP support) I'd really appreciate that (-:

Cu, Moritz
