The problem is that the RaQ4 mail server (sendmail) is rejecting the
frontpage script as an invalid sender.
To fix this problem before a patch is released from Cobalt, add an email
alias 'nobody' for any user on the home site and the site with FP forms,
namely "www.inet-niagara.com".
