You are aware, that Nautilus requires X ? (and that really hasn't got
anything to do on a production server like the RaQ).
You are however free to install it on your own computer that runs
Linux for example. Nautilus is not release software yet; and I don't
think it provides anything really "smart" that other software hasn't
got already.
Try running a system like KDE:
