Jason, Cobalt uses Majordomo mailing list software.  The Majordomo site can be
found at http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/.  It's really the right place to
ask these questions.

You can administer and configure the list entirely via email by sending commands
to majordomo.  Or you can edit the listname.config file somewhere within
/usr/local/majordomo.  Instructions can be found online at the URL above.
There's also a mailing list for Majordomo - see the URL above.  You want to edit
"message_footer" (also see "message_fronter").
