I have already searched the archives and Cobalt's knowledgebase on this and
have got some information but wanted to ask the list some more questions.
What I am faced with is the usual case where some of our clients are
dialling in from different ISP's and corporate networks as opposed to our
own access provider.
If say my customer dials in from an ISP whose domain is otherisp.co.uk and I
can resolve an address which their routers give out to dial up customers to
xxx.pool.otherisp.co.uk , is all I need to do is add 'otherisp.co.uk' into
the 'Relay for the following hosts/domains' configuration?
I have tried this but occasionally it works but not always.
