As long as the customer authorizes the use you can purchase whatever is
needed. We have our clients sign an authorization agreement for all orders.

I wan't to register domains for my customers when they sign up.  Is it legal
to take there credit card they put in to order the hosting and use it at the
place I get domains from to sign them up?
