Under Control Panel > Maintenance > Install Software I show Cobalt OS
Release 4.0. Yet on the software updates on the Cobalt site I find a
Cobalt RaQ2 Update 3.0 available. Is my installed OS 4.0 beyond this
Update package version? Or is the Cobalt RaQ2 Update 3.0 applicable to
our OS 4.0, or not?
