Yes, RaQ2, RaQ3, RaQ4.

If you mean compiled PHP into Apache's httpd binary, I have on a RaQ2.  I have
on a RaQ3 also, but it broke SSL and I never made the time to figure out how to
compile Apache with Cobalt's SSL.  If you mean as a DSO (dynamically stored
object), yes on RaQ2, RaQ3, RaQ4.  So whatever you're trying to do on the
product line you didn't specify is probably possible depending on the method you
choose.
