[cobalt-users] Admin FTP access rights

searched through the emails from this list and the resources but...

I seem to have lost the ability to FTP anwhere on the Raq3 (ie, into 
siten) with the admin user.

How can I grant administrator rights back to myself so I don't have 
to FTP into each account separately?
