It matters to me in this case because it was addressed to ME; if he just
sent it to me, then he's not spamming the list, just sending me some UCE
based on reading my posts.

Also unwanted, but different in my opinion.

I've looked at it, and like it, and may start using it.

But that still doesn't mean that this one email is spam.
