the siemens card should be supported, as most of the cards supported by
the isdn4linux-tools are based on the siemens isdn chipset.
you then have a new device, that reacts like a modem; faxing is still
not possible.

using the internal card, you may have to recompile the kernel with isdn
support. tlk in munich, germany, sells qube2`s with a preinstalled isdn
card, elsa i think.
consult the isdn4linux howto for details of supported cards.

i made very good experience with the elsa microlink isdn series. they
are not cheap, but they just work. (and you can fax with it).
another good choice would be a zyxel 2864isdn, also not cheap, but works
fine.
don`t bother with the cheaper zyxel omnitel terminal adaptors, or with
us robotics/3com. they are known to create some problems. consult the
mgetty mailing list for details.

i`m not sure i understand how you mean this; but this gets really
off-topic... there is a elsa microlink terminal adaptor with two analog
ports, i think. the zyxel 2864 should have them, too.
