Re: [cobalt-users] How To Restore from CD???



Its really quite simple,

Get a CROSSOVER cable, not a regular cat5 cable, although i believe you can
use two cat5 and a hub instead but i have never really tried.

Connect the crossover cable to your raq and a seperate computer,  I believe
only several ehternet cards are supported.
Put the Restore CD in your seperat PC boot up.  Follow instructions.

Turn the power switch on the RaQ while holding the two side arrow buttons on
the front of the RaQ (< and >) buttons.

Choose your server type, in your case RaQ2 in the LCD screen.

Hit enter and that is it, takes about 15 min if I remember right.

Just from memory - it is pretty self explanitory once you boot your seperate
PC.
