Actually, it's not the same thing. Not to pick a nit, but Outlook 2000 and
Outlook Express 5 are completely different programs developed by two
separate groups at MS. Outlook (97, 98, 2000), as part of the Office bundle,
has no newsreader. Since they didn't want to bother developing one for
Outlook, they just borrowed the one from Outlook Express.
