Hi,

Funny you should mention lock files. If this is related to what you are 
saying, I've been having problems with user.lock and .user.pop files 
hanging around and causing problems. This started just this past week with 
no previous problems..and it was BEFORE the I installed the new Update 3.0

hhhmmm...I was hoping the update would "fix" this...now I wonder
