[cobalt-users] Out Of Disk Space

I have set a site up for a client that has 200M of disk space. I am
creating there web pages for them. So I set up me as a user I set my
disk space as 1M. I have been uploading files to /home/sites/site3/web
which is were there disk space is which is 200M. Hear is my question
why does me as a user with 1M of disk space effects how much space they
have when I upload to the server I get this message
is very near or over the disk space limit allocated on the Cobalt server.
Once the quota limit is reached, no more data can be stored.  Consider moving
some data to another location or increasing the limit.
Quota Limit:  1.00 MB
Quota Used:  0.97 MB
Percent Used:  96 %
I have upgrade the disk space for me as the user to 100 and now I can
upload to there web space.
Could somebody tell me why this is this way.
