Not directly related to your question. I'm looking to install this, but my
RAQ2 doesn't show the OS update 2.0. It shows:

Cobalt OS Release 4.0
POP-Authenticated SMTP Relaying Release 1.0
RaQ2-Security Release 1.0
RaQ2-Security Release 2.0
RaQ2-Security Release 2.2

Does Cobalt OS Release 4.0 contain OS update 2.0? When I got the RAQ from
Interliant, I had, (probably wrongly), assumed it contained the latest OS
release.

So, the question is, do I need to install RaQ2-Update-OS-2.0.pkg and do I
need to un-install any of the above listed fixes before doing so?
