[cobalt-users] mod_perl?

I could not find much information on this subject so maybe someone with
expertise could help clarufy a couple things. I had someone tell me the
other day that mod_perl is very insecure on shared servers unless modified.
Does Cobalt do anything which would make mod_perl more secure? Does cgi wrap
have anything to do with?
