As a linux newbbie.......

I have a RaQ3.

If I access

http://212.67.193.200/telnet    I get an error.
but if
http://212.67.193.200/telnet/   I get the index.html file that I wanted

I know you can set this as like the BBC at http://www.bbc.co.uk/news

Any ideas?
