i planned to try my "workaround" this weekend, but decided to do it
later (36 degrees celsius here).
nevertheless i would have done it for personal use only, as i cannot
afford the additional traffic created by public use.
would it be inaffordable for cobalt ? the traffic should remain equal or
decrease even. if have no idea if it increases server load and if it is
hard to administrate, as i have never delt with a news server...
if it will not be done by cobalt, what about a public news server ?
(see J. K. Søgaard`s posting regarding this topic from today, too)
