I've bought "Linux Complete", Sybex, $19.95(us). It's got all the man
pages, and then some; basically everything from the Linux Documentation
Project.

Got something like that, too, but I can't find it right now; I may have
loaned it out to someone...
It's called "Linux for DOS users" or "Unix for DOS users" or something
like that.
