[cobalt-users] email setting tutorial sought

Hi there ... gentle cyberpeople!

Having trouble to retrieve emails from my RAQ3i, I wonder how I could market
my web space to users while I dont wield it nicely.

I have trouble setting up OE to retreive emails ( I setup sites: they work,
I create users with pswd but while I can get email while login as admin
other users don't get their OE account working fine...).

I obviously miss something, I think I need a good tutorial.

Do you know any?
