[cobalt-users] script help

One of my users who has an IRC running on his shell has a problem keeping
services up (chanserv, nickserv).

Is there a way for me to make a script to put in the cron.daily that would
go to /home/sites/irc.domain.com/users/username/sirv1.3.1/ and then run the
services file?
