Just go to ftp://ftp.cpan.org -- and browse for the libwww-perl 
modules.  Had no problem installing on either RaQ or RaQ2, you 
just have to grab a few other modules, when you run the 
	'perl Makefile.pl'

It will tell you what modules you need, you will also have to
install libnet over top of the Cobalt installation as their
installation leaves out various things like FTP and so forth.
