[cobalt-users] Backup does not Restore in a RAQ2 - Beware and HELP PLEASE

My RAQ2 crashed for second time in less than six months.

I always backed up using the GUI backup facility.

My surprise this time is that when I got a new RAQ2 and try to restore the
backups,
after a long time reading the files I get a message:

"Select from the list below the files to restore"

But I get no files listed, and when I select "backup all" I get an error "no
files found"

I thought that the backup facility was safe and have all my databases there.

Can somebody please help me with a clue of how to restore these backups or
what can be happening?
